Hi, I’m Kristina

I started coaching and mindfulness teaching with one goal: to help people find ways to improve their lives and make self-care and mindfulness practice a priority in their life.

My background in psychology and counseling, combined with a personal interest in mindfulness & resilience, can help others explore, develop curiosity, and set intentions and action plans to work towards what feels right for their life.

I have been studying and practicing mindfulness for several years to get through my life challenges. I found that my practice has benefited my transformation by way of deepened resilience, gratitude, patience, and self-compassion. I became a certified mindfulness meditation teacher in 2021, which was such an enriching experience that I felt it essential to share my learnings and practice with others.
