DAILY MINDFULNESS:

For strengthening resilience.

This course is for women who want to improve their resilience and develop mindfulness practice but need help figuring out how to start. 


This course offers you the 4 foundations of mindfulness. You will learn practical skills to help you develop mindfulness of the breath, body, thoughts, and emotions:

  • Learning to be mindful of our breath and body helps us return to and live in the present moment.
  • Learning to be mindful of the body helps us develop compassion for our body and all it does for us.
  • Learning to be mindful of our thoughts helps us unhook from negative beliefs that cause us suffering.
  • Learning to be mindful of our emotions helps us allow space for unpleasant emotions to process and heal with compassion.

Practicing the skills in this course will improve your resilience by getting off autopilot thinking, becoming less reactive to your thoughts and emotions, and having more compassion for yourself and others. 


You can absorb this information in written form or audio for each module. There are skills to practice and guided meditations that integrate these skills. 


I highly recommend you Download the workbook that goes with the course. To help you reflect and integrate the information.


You are also given a gift at the end of the course. An 8-minute mindfulness practice to help you get centered throughout the day.


I recommend practicing the skills in each module for at least one week before moving to the next.


However, if you wanted to listen/read and practice all the material, it could take up 3 hours of your time in one sitting.
