What to Expect

In this course, Daily Mindfulness, I will present the concept of mindfulness, offer you quick mindfulness practices, and lead you through a guided meditation. There will be four modules in this course, mindfulness of breath, mindfulness of the body, mindfulness of thoughts, and mindfulness of emotions. I encourage you to take time with this information. Spend a week with each module practicing the concepts for one week before moving on to the next. You will receive informational pages and journal pages for each module to reinforce and review your practice.
