About Your Teacher

Welcome to Harmony & Resilience, LLC; my name is Kristina Strong. I have a Ph.D. in human services; I am a Certified Mindfulness Teacher and Board-Certified Coach. I have many years of experience working as a licensed mental health counselor; however, I am now moving on to the role of teacher & coach. In my years as a counselor, I have worked with individuals who have struggled with burnout, stress, and anxiety. My goal as a Mindfulness Teacher and Coach is to help you learn to practice mindfulness throughout your daily life to help you prevent symptoms of burnout, stress, and anxiety. My coaching also focuses on building personal resilience by encouraging you to prioritize daily self-care. It is essential to note the information provided here is not therapy or therapeutic intervention; it is strictly information that provides you with meaningful mindfulness skills.
